At Qupon, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable coupon exchange experience for all our users. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or uploading any coupon.
1. Coupon Purchases
All coupon purchases on Qupon are final. Refunds are issued only under specific conditions:
- The purchased coupon is invalid, expired, or already used before purchase.
- The coupon details (brand, value, or terms) do not match the description provided in the listing.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the coupon before its expiry.
- Misunderstanding of the coupon’s brand terms or restrictions.
2. Refund Request Window
You must submit your refund request within 24 hours of purchase.
Requests made after 24 hours from the purchase time will not be accepted.
- Coupon code or order ID - Screenshot or proof of invalid/expired coupon
- Short explanation of the issue
3. Our verification team will review and confirm the issue with the brand.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Seller Accountability
All uploaded coupons are verified before listing.
Sellers who upload invalid, expired, or fake coupons will:
- Have their coupons removed immediately
- Lose access to uploading new coupons
- Face suspension or permanent ban for repeated violations Refunds for buyers in such cases will be processed by Qupon, and sellers will not receive payment for those coupons.
5. Seller Prepayments
Any prepayment or credit provided to sellers (if applicable) is non-refundable once coupon verification is completed.
